How will I find my driver when I arrive to the airport?

When you arrive to the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name or with the name "Viva Transfers". Please, be patient if your flight arrived before the scheduled time. If you do not find your driver, please call on the 24/7 telephone number that appears in your booking confirmation.

Your bank confirmed the payment but I did not receive my booking confirmation, why?

Once the payment is received, your confirmation is sent to you automatically to the e-mail address you provided. If after one hour you did not receive it, please both, check your junk folder and that the e-mail address you provided is working properly. If your confirmation is not in your junk folder, please e-mail us from the same e-mail address you provided in your booking, including in it your first and last names, origin, destination and date of your transfer, and if possible, an alternative e-mail address where we can resend you your booking confirmation.

I lost my booking confirmation. How can I get a copy of it?

If you know your booking reference, you will be able to get a copy at vivatransfers.com/get_confirmation.php (print button at the bottom).

I would like to re-check the details of my booking.

Please go to vivatransfers.com/get_confirmation.php and introduce your booking reference. You will see every detail in your booking. If anything is incorrect, please e-mail us

If I book a private transfer, will the driver drop me off/pick me up to/from my hotel/apartment/private house, etc. or to/from a meeting point?

Your driver will take you/pick you to/from the exact address you provide. Private transfers are a door to door service.

IMPORTANT: Some streets are too narrow for some type of vehicles to go in and some streets may be closed to the traffic. In this cases, the vehicle will drop/pick you the closest possible from your address.

Do I need to call by telephone to reconfirm my booking?

No, once you receive your booking confirmation, your booking is absolutely confirmed.

Can I book baby, child or booster seats?

Yes, once you select your vehicle, you will be redirected to the "Extras and speciall luggage" page, where you will be able to select the seats for your children.

I am not sure of what seat to book for my daughter/son.

Baby seats (rear face) are for babies up to 10 Kg., child seats (front face) are for children up to 25 Kg. and booster seats are for children up to 36 Kg.

I will take my folding type wheelchair with me. Will it fit in the boot of the vehicle?

Unless that you are not having any other luggage with you, we would strongly recommend you to book not a Sedan type vehicle, but a larger one. After selecting your vehicle, you will be redirected to an "Extras and special luggage" page. Please select there your wheelchair as a special luggage so your driver will know it. It has no extra cost for you.

I will take my golf clubs with me. Will them fit in the boot of the vehicle?

Golf clubs can only fit in the non-Sedan-type vehicles. After selecting your vehicle, you will be redirected to an "Extras and special luggage" page. Please select there the number of golf clubs that you will have as a special luggage, so your driver will know it. It has no extra cost for you. In order to avoid capacity problems, we would recommend you to book a larger vehicle than just the one with the number of seats that you need.

I will take a stroller with me. Do I need to make a special request?

No, but please make sure you select the proper vehicle to be able to put all your luggage in its boot.

Can my vehicle be larger than the one I booked?

Yes, depending on availability, your vehicle can be larger, but never smaller. If this is a problem for you, please send us an e-mail.

Has the modification of my transfer any cost?

No, it has not. If you need to modify your booking, please get in touch by e-mail.

We can only guarantee the amendments made up to 48h prior to transfer.

Has the cancellation of my transfer any cost?

Cancellations are free up to 48h prior to transfer. To cancel your booking, please get in touch by e-mail.

We can not guarantee any refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to transfer. If when you cancel our office is open and it does not involve any expenditure for us, we will try to refund you 100% although.

Can I book my transfer by e-mail or over the telephone?

No, we are sorry. You need to book on-line, hope you understand.

Will my driver wait for me even if my flight is delayed?

Your driver will monitor your flight. Normally he/she will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, but please note that it is possible that she/he has other transfers and that your transfer must be rearranged, in which case it is possible that you need to wait for another driver. If your flight is delayed by 45 minutes or less and we do not have availability, we will refund 50% of the fare. If your flight is delayed by more than 45 minutes and we do not have availability, we will not be able to offer any refund. If your flight is delayed to the next date, unfortunately we will not be able to reschedule the cost or refund you. Please note that even if we do not have availability for the delayed arrival time, a car and driver were blocked for you and this has a cost for us. The airline is responsible to take you on time and they should assume any cost provoked from a flight delay or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

How much time will my driver wait for me once my flight landed?

Your driver will wait for you up to one hour, so if you have problems with your luggage etc. and need more time, please call on the 24/7 telephone that appears in your booking confirmation and your driver will try to wait for you. If possible, further charges might apply. We would strongly recommend you to switch on your mobile telephone once your flight is landed.

Are there any fees for lugagge, nights, weekends, delays, traffic or holidays?

No, the prices that appear in this website are final prices.

Is the VAT included in the price?

Yes, it is.

I need different type of vehicles for the outward and return transfers. Do I need to make two different bookings?

Yes, you do.

I need a transfer between cities. Can you help me?

I already paid a deposit but I would need to pay in full.

No problem. Go to vivatransfers.com/payment.php and type your booking reference in the text box. You will be able to pay the balance by debit or credit card.
